Earn Up to $30,000 in Bonuses — $15K Sign‑On + $15K Relocation

Position Details:

• Multiple FTE's Available

• Shifts Available: Day/Night Rotation, Day/PM Rotation, or Nights only. Every third weekend and rotating holidays

• Shift Differentials: PM – $2.50/hour | Nights – $4.00/hour | Weekends - $3.00/hour

• Location La Crosse, Wisconsin

What You’ll Do:

• Work independently while collaborating across departments to improve patient outcomes

• Assess cardiopulmonary status and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans

• Provide education and support to patients and families in outpatient settings

What You’ll Receive:

• $15K sign-on bonus for candidates with 2yr+ experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)

• $10K sign-on bonus for candidates with less than 2 years of experience (paid out 1/2 after 6 months of employment and the other 1/2 paid out on day 366)

• $15K in relocation assistance for eligible candidates

• Starting rate of $33.78/hr + more for experience

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy

• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) – National Board for Respiratory Care

• Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) – State of Wisconsin

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – within 2 years of hire

• Current Infant-Adult BLS for Healthcare Providers
