As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of respiratory care equipment used in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiopulmonary conditions
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions for patients across adult, pediatric, and neonatal populations
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Utilize evidence-based protocols to guide care and adjust treatment plans
  • Advocate for patients while exercising strong critical thinking and clinical judgment

Required Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of an accredited respiratory therapy educational program sufficient to qualify for licensure in Washington State
  • Upon hire: Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 6 months Previous hospital based work experience, in the field of Respiratory Care

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
