Respiratory care is essential in both routine and critical patient care.
During the night shift, your presence provides stability, expertise, and reassurance for patients and care teams alike.
You will play a key role in supporting cardiopulmonary health, responding to patient needs, and ensuring continuity of care during overnight hours.
Provide respiratory care services in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
Support patients across a range of needs including cardiopulmonary care and newborn care
Administer treatments and therapies to improve breathing and overall respiratory function
Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Continue to build and maintain clinical knowledge and certifications
Part time position
Thirty six hours per week
Night shift
Three twelve hour shifts per week
Schedule typically from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Supportive and collaborative care environment
Current Washington State Respiratory Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Basic Life Support certification
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification
One or more years of clinical experience preferred
Experience in labor and delivery preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
A calm, team oriented approach to patient care
Hourly pay within the stated range depending on experience
Sign on bonus available
Night shift differential pay
