Work is performed in accordance with Kentucky regulations for Respiratory Care Practitioners, established hospital standards, American Association of Respiratory Care Clinical Practice Guidelines, regulatory and accreditation requirements, and the philosophy, goals and objections of Baptist Health Madisonville. Responsible for monitoring, care and coordination of all patients assigned to service.
Associates degree from an accredited program in Respiratory Care, registered (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care required. License by the State of Kentucky required. BLS required. NRP within 1 year from hire. ACLS preferred within 3 months, not to exceed 6 months. EXPERIENCE: May be newly graduated from an accredited school of Respiratory Therapy. Prefer 2 years’ clinical experience.
