As a Resource Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day delivery of people deployment solutions in a dynamic environment. Partnering with stakeholders across SATIC, you will use Management Information (MI) and commercial insight to inform resourcing decisions and escalate risks or challenges as needed
The Resource Manager supports the effective deployment of people across SATIC by ensuring the right skills are matched to the right work at the right time. Reporting to the Resourcing Lead, this role works closely with engagement leaders, talent teams, and fellow RM colleagues to deliver high-quality resourcing outcomes that support client delivery, people priorities, and workforce sustainability.
The Resource Manager operates in a dynamic environment, applying sound judgement, strong stakeholder engagement, and data-driven insights to balance business demand, utilisation, and employee development.
Experience required:
5+ years in resource management
Experience within professional services, consulting, or technology environments advantageous
Exposure to global or multi-location teams is a plus
