Pay Range

£37,500 per annum + bonus

We’re now looking for a Resourcing Business Partner to take ownership of key Managed Service accounts, driving delivery, strengthening client relationships, and unlocking growth opportunities.

About the role
As a Resourcing Business Partner, you’ll take ownership of delivering outstanding recruitment solutions across Managed Service accounts within our client portfolio. Acting as the key operational lead, you’ll ensure service excellence, meet commercial objectives, and build long-term, trusted partnerships.
You’ll operate at the heart of complex recruitment delivery—working across multiple stakeholders, managing escalations, and continuously improving performance to exceed client expectations.
Key responsibilities
Service delivery & performance
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of Managed Service recruitment solutions for key client accounts
  • Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring delivery against SLAs, KPIs and quality standards
  • Coordinate delivery across on-site teams, Reed service centres, and third-party suppliers
  • Ensure seamless integration of attraction, assessment, onboarding and screening processes
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues and drive swift, effective resolutions
Client relationship management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships up to senior stakeholder level
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, workforce plans, and challenges
  • Lead and contribute to service review meetings, presenting performance insights and solutions
  • Deliver clear and actionable MI to track performance and inform decisions
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand Reed’s service offering
Commercial impact
  • Deliver against financial targets, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth
  • Drive improved fill rates by collaborating across the Reed network
  • Identify and convert opportunities for additional revenue and service enhancements
  • Ensure all services remain aligned to contractual and SLA requirements
Continuous improvement
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and opportunities within accounts
  • Embed best practice and market-leading recruitment solutions
  • Enhance service delivery through innovation, collaboration, and expert insight
