Pay Range

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum + bonus

Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + bonus
Contract: 12‑month Fixed Term Contract (with opportunity to go permanent)

Reed is currently looking for a Resourcer to join our Birmingham‑based team on a 6‑month fixed term contract, with the opportunity to go permanent.

You’ll be joining a high‑performing, collaborative team that celebrated a record year last year and achieved two Best Newcomer awards This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience within a leading recruitment business and contribute to a successful and supportive team.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting consultants across the recruitment process, you will:

• Proactively source and engage candidates for a range of roles

• Manage candidate administration and maintain accurate records

• Support compliance processes and ensure high standards are met

• Communicate confidently with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience
