The Goddard School® located in Doylestown on Farm Lane is seeking motivated and caring Resource Teachers for both part-time and full-time positions. At our School, we put our teachers first because they put our students first. Resource Teacher Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a safe, healthy and nurturing learning environment
- Support each child's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development
- Build positive and effective relationships with families
- Work collaboratively with classroom teachers and faculty across all age groups, from Infants through Kindergarten
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines
- Support routine childcare tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment

Monday – Friday, hours of operation 7:00am – 6:00pm
Current available shifts:
- 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 12:00pm – 6:00pm
- 3:00pm – 6:00pm
Qualifications
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Dependable, adaptable and enjoys working as part of a team toward a common goal
- Must be willing to work in all age groups from Infants through Kindergarten
- Previous experience working with young children preferred but not required
- High school diploma required; college enrollment or degree in Early Childhood Education a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children, including properly lifting infants into and out of a crib
