The Resource Planner for Technical Services plays a key role in ensuring the right people are assigned to the right work at the right time. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating resources to support customer projects, service activities, training, and other operational priorities. By working closely with managers, project teams, and operational stakeholders, the Resource Planner helps optimize workforce utilization, anticipate resource needs, minimize scheduling conflicts, and ensure work is delivered efficiently and effectively. The role contributes to operational performance, customer satisfaction, and the ongoing development of team capabilities.
This is a permanent position which can be based in Budaors, Hungary or Bratislava, Slovakia.
Tetra Pak provides the following compensation indication in good faith as a guide to what may be paid and/or offered for this position. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role, level and the applicable local market conditions on a full-time basis. For part-time or alternative schedules, pay will be proportionately adjusted based on contractual working hours. Ranges are determined by role, level, and applicable local market conditions. Within the applicable range, individual pay is determined based on job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training, consistent with our commitment to pay equity.
Below is an indication of the compensation and benefits typically offered for this position.
Gross annual base salary range: EUR 27,071.03 – 38,671.96
Variable pay: This role is eligible for an annual discretionary incentive subject to company and individual performance
