Job Description

Resource Manager – Global Advisory
Interpath
Madrid, Spain

Interpath is an international and fast-growing advisory business with deep expertise in a broad range of specialisms spanning deals, advisory and restructuring.

We deliver tangible results for global businesses, their investors, and stakeholders when complex problems arise, and critical decisions need to be made. Interpath is agile, independent, and conflict-free, and our passion for doing what’s right, every time, sets us apart.

Our diverse teams provide specialist technical knowledge combined with deep sector experience across our service line specialisms. Since our foundation in 2021, Interpath has grown rapidly, and we now have a presence across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, South Africa, Algeria, BVI, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Barbados, Hong Kong and Singapore. By 2030 we aim to be one of the world’s leading advisory firms with a truly global footprint.

This role sits within our Central Resource Management function and will focus on supporting resourcing across our Global Advisory service line (c.450 FTE). Based in Madrid, you will work closely with senior stakeholders and Resourcing Allies to support effective deployment, utilisation management and workforce planning across advisory teams.

This is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, balancing priorities, and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities:

  • Support work allocation and scheduling across the Global Advisory service line
  • Match consultants to engagements based on availability, skills and development needs
  • Maintain visibility of pipeline and upcoming demand to support effective planning
  • Monitor utilisation and flag capacity or resourcing risks
  • Act as a key point of contact for resourcing queries and coordination
  • Support weekly resourcing calls and stakeholder updates
  • Ensure accuracy of resourcing data within systems (e.g. Napta)
  • Produce regular MI reporting on utilisation, availability and forecasting
  • Support adoption of resourcing tools and ongoing process improvements
  • Contribute to ensuring allocations consider development and career progression needs

Values

Our four core values are the cornerstones of culture at Interpath and steer everything from everyday decisions to larger strategic initiatives. Our Interpath Values are;
Do the right thing
- Our comfort zone is uncomfortable. We always make the right decision, not simply what is easy or popular.

All hands on deck - stand shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues and clients, be that physically or from afar. Our individual expertise may find the answers, but implementation happens though teamwork.

Passion drives success - The impossible is always possible. We push the boundaries of what is expected because we're never satisfied with the status quo. Our clients expect the right result when they engage with us, and it's only by delivering this that we win.

Embrace different - cultures to mindsets, we welcome all. We believe that people are equal, but not the same.

Requirements

Education and Experience Required:

  • Experience in a resourcing, workforce planning, operations, or consulting environment with exposure to project staffing or deployment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate data.
  • Experience working with MI reporting or dashboards, with ability to interpret and present data clearly.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with resourcing tools (e.g. Napta or similar) is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels, including senior leadership.
  • Comfortable challenging and influencing decisions where needed in a professional manner.
  • A collaborative, adaptable and proactive approach with willingness to learn and develop.
  • Fluent English required.
