Job Description

Qualifications-

• 3 to 5 years of management experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Experience of working within the US and UK regions.
• Strong knowledge of and proven experience with engagement management/resource management.
• Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry strongly preferred.
• Proven experience interacting with large, enterprise clients.
• Prior experience managing engineering teams or technical staff in a project execution capacity.
• Ability to work independently and solve customer-facing problems.
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• Candidates should be based in Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai or Gurgaon only

Qualifications

Responsibilities-

Work closely with Senior Strategic Engagement Managers and support them based on their business needs

Support the resource onboarding and offboarding processes

Be the point of contact with vendors based on requirements

Approving resource timecards and cross checking their leave plans

Work with Staffing Project Analysts to manage overall Strategic Resourcing project health- including burn rates, weekly status, customer specific reporting,

project financials, change orders and extensions, etc.
