What you’ll do:

  • Work at the very heart of our business to support our teams with dynamic workforce planning and scheduling.

  • Drive the usage of onshore resources and alternative delivery models as an expert in Resource Strategy, Workforce Operations.

  • Achieve resourcing outcomes that balance business priorities with individual career aspirations.

  • Utilize the latest technology to analyse data, identify trends, flag issues, and develop solutions.

  • Collaborate effectively with the Resource Management team, championing our people and wellness strategies.

What we’re looking for:

Core Skills

  • Background in Resource Management,with corporate experience as a bonus.

  • Passion for working with people and providing exceptional customer service, building a reputation as a trusted advisor.

  • Demonstrates personal leadership, showing proactivity, responsiveness, adaptability, and agility.

  • Skilled in influencing and negotiating across all staff levels, effectively asserting viewpoints.

  • Experienced in stakeholder management, adept at problem-solving and diplomatically challenging the status quo in a fast-paced environment.

This role is being offered as a 16‑month max‑term contract. We would also consider a 16‑month secondment for existing PwC Australia employees.
