For Deloitte — the world’s leading and largest professional services firm in consulting and audit — we are seeking a Resource Manager for the Audit division.
The role includes:
Managing, planning, and optimizing the allocation of human resources to support the division’s tasks and objectives
Assigning employees according to clients’ business needs, with deep consideration of the division’s business strategy and the firm’s strategy as a whole
Developing a strong business understanding of the division
Building and maintaining relationships with managers to understand departmental needs
Coordinating and executing resource planning on a daily and weekly basis
Using a resource management system to support planning and the execution of plans in practice
The position is based at the firm’s offices in Tel Aviv and includes a hybrid work model, combining office and remote work.
A relevant bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering and Management / Economics and Business Administration / Accounting) — required
High-level English — required
Prior experience leading cross-functional, organization-wide projects — required
Critical thinking, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage and resolve complex and sensitive situations
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with large teams
