We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager to drive workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization across the organization. Working closely with business leaders, project managers, recruitment teams, and external suppliers, you will help ensure the effective deployment of resources to meet business and delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning, resource allocation, and utilization activities to meet business and project requirements while supporting utilization and profitability targets.
  • Identify resource gaps, capacity constraints, and workforce risks, recommending actions such as recruitment, internal mobility, upskilling, subcontractor engagement, demand prioritization, or resource redeployment.
  • Manage subcontractor and contingent workforce activities, including resource requests, onboarding, vendor coordination, and compliance through Fieldglass.
  • Maintain accurate resource data and ensure adherence to resource management policies, governance standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide reporting and insights on utilization, capacity, forecasting, resource deployment, and demand versus supply trends to support decision-making.
  • Build strong partnerships with business leaders, delivery teams, recruitment, procurement, vendors, and other key stakeholders to optimize workforce planning and resource deployment.
  • Organize and facilitate resource management meetings, ensuring effective stakeholder alignment and follow-up actions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Staffing, Operations, or Delivery Management environments.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and contingent workforce resources.
  • Hands-on experience with Fieldglass or similar workforce management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization management.
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, and workforce forecasting.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • English (professional working proficiency)

  • Vendor & External Workforce Management: Management of subcontractors, contingent workforce resources, vendor relationships, and Fieldglass processes.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Workforce reporting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and advanced analytical capabilities.
  • Stakeholder & Process Management: Stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, process compliance, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in a multinational or IT/engineering services environment.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fieldglass, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar workforce management platforms.
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
  • Understanding of project-based resource management models.
