Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of quality management across the entire AI dubbing production process, including final deliverable review and approval
Lead freelance quality management by providing training, performance evaluation, and actionable feedback
Define, enforce, and continuously improve quality standards based on internal guidelines and client expectations
Manage project assets and order systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Capabilities and Skills
Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality outcomes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset
Clear and confident communicator with freelancers and internal teams
Highly organized and comfortable managing complex workflows and systems
Positive, resilient, and adaptable to change
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in localization-related work
Experience in dubbing production or dubbing-related operations
Experience in dubbing translation, script adaptation, or language-related roles
Background in media localization or multilingual content workflows
Key Performance Indicators and Metrics
Semi-annual performance evaluation
Quality metrics such as redelivery rate, defect rate, and revision frequency
Client satisfaction and delivery accuracy
Operational efficiency in asset and order management
Freelance quality consistency and performance improvement
