  • Ensure delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable resourcing data to support decision-making

  • Partner with ACT Leadership on complex or escalated resource allocation decisions

  • Maintain high data quality standards across all resource management activities

CWK Management & Workforce Planning

  • Manage the end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle:

    • Budget planning and tracking

    • Resource forecasting

    • Onboarding and procurement coordination

    • Vendor and partner management

    • Provide insights on capacity, demand trends, and cost optimization

Key Deliverables

  • Implementation of a new RMO operating model with enhanced processes, tooling, and reporting

  • Defined team objectives and performance metrics, with measurable outcomes

  • Reliable, on-demand resource data and insights for ACT Leadership

  • Efficient and transparent CWK management framework

About You

  • Strong people leadership experience, with a track record of building high-performing teams

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Proven experience in resource management / workforce planning within complex environments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to decision-making

  • Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting

  • Ability to operate effectively in a global, fast-paced environment

  • Experience transforming or scaling a resource management or operations function

  • Ability to combine data, insights, and business context to guide decision-making
