Job Description

About the Role

The Resource Fulfillment Partner plays a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of consulting talent across client engagements. This role acts as the central point of coordination between Delivery, Practice Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Consultants—owning the end‑to‑end internal staffing lifecycle and helping optimize bench utilization, consultant readiness, and staffing speed.

This is a highly collaborative, operational role suited for someone who thrives in fast‑paced consulting environments and enjoys balancing people, process, and data to drive strong delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Resource & Staffing Management

  • Own and manage open staffing requests for assigned practices, accounts, or regions.
  • Identify, validate, and recommend internal consultant options based on skills, availability, and project needs.
  • Coordinate consultant submissions, interviews, and feedback loops with Delivery Managers and Practice Leaders.
  • Track consultant roll‑off dates and proactively plan redeployment opportunities.

Bench & Consultant Engagement

  • Actively manage the consultant bench, maintaining up‑to‑date visibility into skills, availability, and readiness.
  • Engage consultants in conversations about upcoming opportunities and career interests.
  • Support consultant interview preparation and coordinate interview logistics.
  • Recommend training or upskilling opportunities to improve future deployability.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Delivery, Practice Leaders, and Account Managers to align staffing priorities.
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to trigger external hiring when internal supply is insufficient.
  • Serve as a trusted staffing advisor, helping stakeholders make informed, timely resourcing decisions.

Data, Systems & Process Ownership

  • Maintain accurate staffing and consultant data across internal systems and tools.
  • Ensure staffing activity, submissions, and changes are properly tracked and documented.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of resource fulfillment processes and tooling.
  • Support staffing calls and recurring resource meetings, including preparation and follow‑ups.
