Resource Coordinator (Part-Time)

Perrysville, PA $18+ per hour | 20–24 hours per week (Mon–Fri daytime)

Arbors Management is seeking a compassionate Resource Coordinator to support elderly and disabled residents at our Perrysville community. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a background or interest in social work, human services, or community outreach.

What You’ll Do

• Connect residents with community resources (Medicare, Medicaid, transportation, financial aid, etc.)
• Advocate for residents’ needs and help them age in place
• Organize monthly activities and create a resident newsletter
• Assist with HUD Rent Rebates and maintain confidential files
• Provide light administrative support to the Property Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social services or community support preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Compassionate, organized, and professional
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
