Job Description

You’re ready to show up and make an impact on your local community.

Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.

In this role, you'll:

Play a central part in coordinating end to end resource allocation—from planning and real time adjustments to certification tracking and post operational reporting—to ensure smooth and reliable service delivery. You’ll support proactive rostering for events, training, and leave, while maintaining accurate and compliant rosters that provide strong forward visibility for operational teams. Using data and reporting tools, you’ll analyse workforce trends, forecast operational needs, and contribute to informed, evidence based decision making.

You’ll work closely with leaders and stakeholders across depots and the wider network to align resourcing with organisational priorities and operational requirements. With a strong focus on balancing service needs, compliance with legislation and industrial agreements, cost efficiency, and performance targets, you’ll help optimise roster planning while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and enhanced service outcomes.

This is a permanent, full time opportunity located in Clyde, NSW, with a rotating roster spanning 5:30am to 11:00pm and inclusive of weekend and public holiday shifts

The role also offers a hybrid work arrangement, combining time onsite at Clyde with working from home.

About you

You bring extensive experience in resource allocation or operational environments, supported by a strong understanding of rostering policies, principles, and best practices.

Your outstanding written and verbal communication skills allow you to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, while your advanced proficiency in IT systems—including the Microsoft Office Suite—and hands on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce further enhance your ability to deliver high quality operational support.

In addition, familiarity with workforce management tools like Microster and/or Kronos is a valuable advantage.

You’re adept at managing competing priorities with a proactive, solution focused mindset, whether working independently or collaboratively.

Your flexibility and adaptability also enable you to meet shift work requirements and respond effectively to dynamic operational demands.
