
Resort Services Operations Manager
Reports to: Director of Resort Services and Events
Job Status: Full Time, Year Round
The Resort Services Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of resort events, while ensuring the Village Centre Mall, and other day lodges as required, consistently meet high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
This role leads a cross-functional team supporting events and custodial operations, ensuring all activations are delivered seamlessly and that public spaces reflect the quality and experience expected at Big White. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Location: Big White Ski Resort
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience
