Location: East (Company Transport Provided at Tanah Merah MRT)
 5-day work week (Mon to Sun)
Rotating shifts: 8.00am-5.15pm / 10.45am-8.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

Daily Operations

• Oversee daily housekeeping, laundry, pest control, and waste disposal operations
• Conduct villa inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards
• Coordinate with contractors on maintenance defects and cleaning works
• Manage purchase requests and verify contractor billing
• Assist guests with basic troubleshooting of in-villa equipment
• Support asset audits and prepare guest notices (e.g., fogging schedules)

Guest & Stakeholder Communication

• Provide guests with information and assistance during their stay
• Handle guest complaints and perform service recovery when necessary
• Address incidents promptly and update management on follow-up actions 

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Levels or Diploma/Certificate in Hotel/ Hospitality Management with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Customer service oriented and proactiveness
• Possess good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good customer service skills and integrity
• Must be able to perform shift duties and work on weekends and public holidays
