The Gift Shop Team Lead supports the daily operations of the retail shop by providing excellent guest service, assisting with team leadership, maintaining merchandise presentation, and helping ensure profitable store operations
· Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
· Assist with supervising, training, and retail associates.
· Support daily opening and closing procedures and ensure store readiness.
· Assist with inventory control, receiving shipments, replenishment, and cycle counts.
· Support sales goals, promotional activities, and resort retail initiatives.
· Help ensure accurate transactions, proper cash handling procedures, and compliance with resort policies.
· Communicate operational needs and opportunities to the Gift Shop Supervisor.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, polished, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but a welcoming personality and willingness to learn are just as important.
