The role of Resort Host Concierge at Banyan Tree Phuket requires a dedicated individual committed to providing guests with exceptional service and assistance throughout their stay at our esteemed resort. As the primary point of contact, you will serve as both a gracious host and an informed guide, ensuring that guests have a seamless and memorable experience from check-in to check-out. In addition to facilitating smooth arrivals and departures, you will be responsible for offering comprehensive information about resort amenities, local attractions, and personalized recommendations to enhance guests' stays.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles preferred.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
6. Knowledge of resort services, amenities, and local attractions is a plus.
7. Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
8. Proactive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond to assist guests.
9. Basic computer skills for using reservation systems and other software.
10. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or hospitality training is a bonus.
