As a Resort Experience Host, you will create engaging and memorable experiences for guests of all ages through activities, events, and recreational programs. This role is ideal for energetic, outgoing individuals with a strong background in entertainment and guest engagement, especially within the hospitality, resort, or theme park industry. If you enjoy working outdoors, performing in front of groups, and delivering high-energy guest experiences, this role is for you.

What You'll Do as a Resort Experience Host:
• Lead and facilitate a variety of entertainment-based activities and events for adults, children, and families.
• Host guest engagement programs such as trivia, bingo, games, contests, and recreational activities.
• Participate in special events and help create memorable, high-energy guest experiences.
• Use strong public speaking and hosting skills to engage and entertain groups of all sizes.
• Develop new activity ideas and contribute to enhancing resort entertainment programming.
• Maintain daily activity logs and track guest participation.
• Handle monetary transactions and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Assist guests with equipment rentals and check-outs using computer systems.
• Enforce safety guidelines while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of activity areas and recreational facilities.
• Assist with inventory management and operational support as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support resort operations.
What You Will Bring as a Resort Experience Host:
• Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, resort, or theme park environments strongly preferred.
• Experience hosting or leading guest-facing entertainment activities such as trivia, bingo, games, stage hosting, or group activities required/preferred.
• Strong public speaking, microphone presence, and guest engagement skills are a must.
• Energetic, outgoing personality with a passion for entertainment and guest interaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and cash-handling experience preferred.
• Commitment to delivering high-energy entertainment while maintaining safety standards.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules as needed.
• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Must uphold Westgate Resorts' standards of professionalism, integrity, and guest service.
