Job Description

First National Bank of America is seeking friendly and professional Resolutions Support to efficiently serve our residential borrowers resolving delinquent accounts. The candidate must be a quick learner that has the capabilities to multi-task in our fast paced environment.

This is a part-time position, Monday – Friday, 20-25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with case managers
  • Work with title companies
  • Prepare deed in lieu of foreclosure documents
  • Review mortgage documents
  • Draft letters and correspondences for internal and external use
  • Perform routine customer calls and correspondences
  • Resolves client questions or problems ensuring a resolution
  • Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulation
  • And any other duties
  • Complete transfer tax forms
  • Draft various legal documents

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Knowledge of mortgage documentation, title work or real estate experience a plus but not required, entry level para legal
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a huge plus!
