Morningstar is seeking a Resilience and Continuity Analyst to join our Enterprise Resilience Program in Bucharest/Madrid.
This role is critical for safeguarding our global operations. You will implement and maintain the Business Continuity (BC) planning process, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and corporate guidelines. We need a risk-oriented professional focused on ensuring staff and location resilience.
Plan Implementation: Drive the execution and maintenance of the BC planning process across the organization.
BCM Expertise: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance on Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), BC planning, and comprehensive testing.
Documentation & Compliance: Create, manage, and audit planning documents to ensure strict compliance.
Project Coordination: Use project management skills to coordinate BC planning efforts across regional offices.
Training & Communication: Develop and deliver engaging training/awareness content and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience: 1–3 years in Business Continuity Management or Emergency Management.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of BC standards, principles, and techniques.
Skills: Excellent project management, planning, and organizational skills.
Language: Professional verbal and written English skills.
Collaboration: Proven ability to interact with global, multicultural staff.
