The Role

Supporting key residual value products that deliver high ROI to our automotive, insurance and financial customers, while leveraging consumers to sell a combination of valuation, forecasting and vehicle provenance products.

To achieve this, we require Residual Value Editor who is technically proficient, has an eye for detail, strong analytical skills and a focus on quality to ensure the development, enhancement and maintenance of new and existing datasets to support the entire product line.

The individual must have a strong interest in the automotive industry and an excellent knowledge of the related model variants in detail. Very good knowledge of vehicle pricing and price developments in the used vehicle market. Good knowledge of data availability channels is essential, particularly in the automotive industry.

The individual will be responsible for analyzing, creating, reviewing and editing residual values ​​of vehicles in assigned markets to improve and maintain data integrity and product availability to meet current and future business needs. Research, investigation, and resolution of data queries will be conducted in a timely manner, as will investigation of broader data anomalies to provide bulk data enhancements to the IBS and Solera systems.

What You’ll Do

Drive Quality Output

• Working closely with the DATA Team to ensure that key data aspects of core products are delivered on time and SLA targets are maintained.

• Timely resolution of customer needs queries in the areas of residual values, vehicle valuations and market developments to improve data quality and availability for all new and existing products.

• Assist Identification & Product to maximize profitability of new and existing products.

• Delivery of scheduled daily, weekly and monthly data released pivotal to core products.

Focus on Output

• Identify areas of data improvement and develop automated solutions.

Support data plan for existing IBS data mapping projects and ensure accurate and timely completion of development predictions.

• Create & manage automated solutions to improve data integrity and increase data saturation.

Focus on preparing and updating forecast values ​​and depreciation curves for vehicle prices in the CEE region
