RESIDENTS BEACH HOUSE SERVER ASSISTANT

At Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, the Residents' Beach House is an exclusive oceanfront dining destination designed for Hualālai homeowners and their guests. Located along the shoreline and surrounded by the natural beauty of Hawaiʻi Island, the Residents' Beach House offers a relaxed yet elevated dining experience where personalized service, genuine relationships, and a strong sense of community come together.

We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Server Assistant to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is essential to delivering the exceptional dining experiences our guests have come to expect from Four Seasons. The ideal candidate is energetic, attentive, and passionate about hospitality, with a desire to support the service team while anticipating guest needs and ensuring every dining experience is seamless and memorable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist Food Servers with delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.

• Stock and replenish linen, china, silverware, and glassware while ensuring all items are polished and presentation-ready.

• Greet guests with warmth and professionalism.

• Serve food and beverages while providing accurate information about menu offerings.

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.

• Assist with the preparation of condiments, garnishes, and service stations.

• Retrieve food from the kitchen and safely transport items to guests using trays.

• Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean, organized dining environment.

• Set up, break down, and maintain dining areas, buffets, and food stations.

• Support restaurant operations by moving tables and chairs and assisting with event or service preparations as needed.

• Maintain Four Seasons standards of cleanliness, safety, and service excellence.

• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leaders to create a positive and productive work environment.

WHAT TO BRING

• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

• Minimum one year of food service or related hospitality experience.

• Ability to carry and balance service trays safely and efficiently.

• Strong guest service skills and a passion for hospitality.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varied schedules based on business needs.
