All Family Nursing Care is a nurse practitioner led registered NDIS provider specialising in mental health, accommodation, and community nursing. At All Family Nursing Care we support clients living with a variety of disabilities and our aim is to enable them to reach their full potential and live the life they choose. We create a working environment that enables our team to balance their work and home life and encourages self-care.

Our team of Support Workers, Children and Youth Workers provide 24/7 support to participants with complex needs. Duties include personal care (may include full assistance with cares, including hoisting and wheelchair for mobility), in-home support, supported independent living, community access, school runs and domestic assistance.

About You

Must be willing to go for walks with clients who are into fitness.

Bring knowledge, skills and experience that also provide a solid foundation for achieving outcomes for children and young people experiencing vulnerability.

Experience with Complex Disabilities, Mental Health and Positive Behaviours Support Plans is desirable.

Prompting assistance – personal care experience and managing appointments.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, particularly active listening.
