Job Description

Residential Valuation Surveyor - London and home counties - 40% commission over target - Five points per day expectation - Remote / Hybrid working
With over 60 branches across the capital, our client is one of London’s largest independent property service companies. They offer a range of property services including Block Management, Commercial, Residential, and Financial Services. They manage over 15,000 residential and commercial units in different mixed-use schemes across 130 locations in London, with a combined portfolio worth £10 billion. 
Market leading commission scheme  - 
Over £120k, 10% commission  Over £180k, 40% commission Example  - OTE £78,200 based on around £200,000 Basic salary £60,000 | Car allowance £4,200  Between £120-180k - £6k commission Between £180k - £200k = 8k commission
Plus: Monthly Homebuyers referral incentive paid monthly in arrears with a min of 8 to be completed   8 HBR/S2 = £200 9 HBR/S2 = £250 10 HBR/S2 = £300   5 points per day
Mortgage valuation = 1, Home buyer is = 3 Building survey = 5
