Job Title: Residential Team Leader
📍 Location: Salisbury, Wiltshire
💰 Salary: £27,977 – £29,690 per annum DOE plus sleep-ins
⏰ Working Hour: 39 hours per week (average, rota basis)
🛏️ Number of Sleeps Required: Approx. 2 per week
💤 Pay Per Sleep: £50 per sleep-in (on top of salary)
🏠 Service: Children’s Home
👧🧒 Service Users: YPs – 7 to 14, EBD, Trauma, Complex Needs
🎓 Qualifications Required:
QCF Level 3/4 in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
📅 Experience in Years Required: Residential experience working with children
📄 Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
