
Position: Residential Team Lead, Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
Pay Range: $23.10/hour up to $26.53/hour, based on education and years of experience working in human services field.
Work Schedule: Full-Time; Primary work hours are Monday-Friday with flexibility to work off hours/shifts/weekends, to meet the needs of the program. Rotating on-call is required

What to Expect:
TCV is currently seeking a dedicated and responsible person to fill our full-time Residential Team Lead for our Intellectual Disabilities Division (IDD) in the greater Pittsburgh area.
The Residential Team Lead plays a critical role in fulfilling the mission of TCV by providing an array of supports and trainings to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities that will enable them to increase their level of independence and improve their quality of life; and by assisting the Residential Supervisor with all facets of the program operation. We are looking for people who believe in a strengths-based approach and use positive practices to help guide their everyday activities. All required trainings and education will be provided by TCV.
