🏡 Job Title: Residential Care Worker

📍 Location: Ripley, Derbyshire or Heanor, Derbyshire

💷 Salary: Estimated £35,481.60 – £39,475.20 per annum (based on 160 hours per month plus 11 sleep-ins per month at £80 each — actual number of sleep-ins to be confirmed)

💷 Hourly Rate: £12.98 to £15.06, dependent on experience, plus £80 per sleep-in

⏰ Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 6 week rolling rota, averaging 39 hours per week. Shifts run 10am – 10.30am, including sleep-in

🌙 Sleep-ins: £80 per sleep-in

🏠 Service: Children's Home (therapeutic, trauma-informed care)

👦👧 Service Users: Aged 14 – 16, boys and girls

The Home:

• Ofsted rating: Good or Outstanding

Who we are looking for: Someone who is compassionate, resilient and committed to helping young people recover from developmental trauma, and who wants to work within an attachment-based, trauma-informed therapeutic model rather than a purely custodial or care-only setting.

Who you will be working for:
