Salary: Approx. Ā£33,160 per annum + Ā£1,000 joining bonus š·
Hourly Rate: £13.85 per hour + £5 per hour (additional rate where applicable)
Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 160 hours per month ā°
Employment Type: Permanent
Sleep-ins: Approx. 11 per month, paid at Ā£65 per sleep šļø
Service: Childrenās Home
Service Users: Young people aged 8ā17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
Qualifications Required: Not specified
Experience Required: Experience working in a childrenās home

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for committed and resilient individuals who have experience working with children and young people, ideally within a residential setting. You will be confident supporting young people with EBD, managing behaviours, and building positive, trusting relationships.
You will play an active role in the day-to-day care of the home, supporting routines, promoting independence, and providing consistent, nurturing support to help young people achieve positive outcomes.
