Role: RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKER
Salary: £26,100.00 per annum PLUS £1775.00 per annum London Allowance
Location: Ealing, Middlesex
Contract/Contract/Hours: Permanent Full Time - 37 hours a week.
Shifts times are 2pm to 10pm, 9am to 5pm, 9am to 9pm (normally school holidays) 10am to 10pm (normally school holidays and weekends)

About the role
Haydock Short Breaks based in Ealing is a 6 bedded house providing short breaks to children and their families aged 8 to 18 years of age. The service supports children and young people who have various disabilities and complex needs. The aim is to ensure that they provide a fun and welcoming environment.

As part of our residential children's home Haydock Avenue, we have a new fledgling service running alongside, which is providing community short breaks to children with disabilities and additional needs for children of the same age. Our aim is to give every child a customised opportunity to have fun, build skills and promote independence at their pace.
You will be passionate, committed, and resilient and yes, this role can at sometimes be emotionally and physically challenging but it's also fun, diverse and you will feel huge sense of reward by being able to help, in the best way possible If this all sounds ideal, then, you are exactly who we are looking for.
