Full Time:
Friday-Tuesday 2pm-10pm
Responsible for the care and supervision of adolescent male residents ages 12-17 with a mental
health diagnosis in a residential group home environment. Duties include ensuring that a therapeutic
environment is maintained in conformity to health, safety, and nutrition requirements. Adheres to the
core values and trauma sensitive practices and presents as a role model for the youth in the
community residence and community. Assists in meal prep, recreational activities, and skill building
services. Training is provided.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required: Must have a High School Diploma or GED,
Preferred: College Degree, experience working with children and/or adolescents.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Required: Must maintain valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Transitional Living Services of Northern New York (TLS) is a private not-for-profit agency which was incorporated in 1977 to establish residential services for individuals in need of psychiatric, rehabilitative support who were unable to live independently in the community. TLS currently offers Adult Services, Children's Services, and has two Behavioral Health and Wellness Centers.
