Ready to make a meaningful impact? We're currently hiring Residential Support Counselors to join our compassionate and dedicated team.

Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday 7am-3pm, 40 hours/week


Compensation $24 hourly

About the home: This is a home in the Hooksett area supporting 3 adult men.

Responsibilities

The Residential Support Counselor will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting.

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration

  • Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry

  • Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events

  • Follow each individuals care plan

  • All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety

  • Complete required daily documentation

  • Other duties as needed or assigned

Qualifications:

  • (1) year of relevant work experience working with high need/high risk population in the human services field

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
