Residential Superintendent

We are looking for a full-time Residential Superintendent to join our client who has been in business for 30+ years! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction and a proven track record of success in managing and completing projects on time and within budget.

The primary responsibilities of the Residential Superintendent will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the construction site
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
• Managing the budget and schedule for each project
• Communicating with clients and vendors
• Ensuring that all work is done in accordance with local building codes and regulations
• Providing leadership and direction to the construction crew

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in residential construction
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
