Our expert teams consistently deliver premium villas with industry-leading build times averaging just 16 weeks.
The Opportunity
Our Cotswold Hills development will deliver 205 homes, with approximately 2.5 years of work on-site, plus a pipeline of adjoining projects providing an additional 5+ years of ongoing opportunities.
Working alongside the Residential Site Manager, you will play a key leadership role in site operations - overseeing Plant Operators, Labourers, and subcontractors to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
We're looking for a confident and decisive leader who communicates effectively, solves problems quickly, and keeps projects running smoothy. You will need to be proactive in identifying risks and maintaining momentum on-site, even under pressure.
