We're looking for an experienced and passionate Residential Services Manager to lead our Largs residential care home. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact on the lives of residents, families, and team members while delivering exceptional care and leading a high-performing, values-driven team. As a key leader within Whiddon, you'll bring together clinical excellence, operational leadership, and a commitment to person-centred care to ensure our residents feel safe, supported, and truly at home.
Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you'll have responsibility for the overall leadership and performance of the Largs service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, operational excellence, and exceptional resident experiences.
Working alongside a dedicated team, you'll drive outcomes across care quality, workforce engagement, financial performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
