Residential Service Plumber | San Diego, CA

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Diagnose residential plumbing problems, explain options to homeowners and complete approved repairs and installations. This hands-on field role is for an experienced plumber who values quality work and clear, pressure-free customer service.

Compensation & Benefits

• Advertised total earnings: $125,000–$200,000 per year, including base pay and performance-based incentives. This is not a guaranteed base salary.
• Competitive base pay, with incentives tied to your own completed work and results.

Responsibilities

• Run residential plumbing service calls throughout San Diego.
• Diagnose problems accurately and explain repair and replacement options with upfront pricing.
• Help homeowners choose solutions without pressure or gimmicks.
• Complete approved repairs and installations with quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with dispatch and office staff to keep calls running smoothly.
• Record accurate job notes, photos and paperwork in ServiceTitan.
• Keep your company vehicle, tools and equipment clean and organized.
• Follow company safety, pricing, communication and job-completion procedures.
• Assist with advanced plumbing calls according to your experience and skill level.
• Represent Benjamin Franklin Plumbing professionally and stand behind your work.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential plumbing service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to explain options to homeowners.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first approach.
• Pride in clean work, accurate documentation and quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software.
