This role is designed for experienced residential service plumbers who are comfortable:

• Diagnosing issues and clearly explaining solutions to homeowners
• Presenting options that allow customers to make informed decisions
• Performing high-quality repairs and installations
• Owning the job from start to finish

We focus on homeowner service and long-term solutions, not volume-based or maintenance-only work.

Compensation & Benefits

• $25–$35/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance-based / commission earnings

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven residential service plumbing experience required
• A track record of strong performance and customer satisfaction
• Confidence in communicating with homeowners and presenting solutions
• A professional, positive, and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $25.00 - $35.00 per hour This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
