An integral part of our big-hearted BlueCare team, as a Residential Service Manager you’ll be encouraged to grow, develop and feel empowered to make the everyday easier for the people we care so passionately about.
About the role:
You’ll work with your front-line team to provide outstanding care to residents, promoting a culture of values-based, person-centred care.
Through your knowledge, you’ll promote a high standard of quality and compliance, ensuring your facility meets all regulatory requirements through best practice clinical care and audit activities. You’ll ensure strong financial sustainability by driving community engagement to support occupancy whilst overseeing property maintenance, hospitality and lifestyle programs.
Working closely with your senior clinicians, you’ll lead a team of nurses, personal carers and support staff, ensuring their ongoing performance by providing coaching and direction to enable their success.
What Makes a Difference for Us?
With a strong background in aged care, you bring proven leadership experience in growing and developing services of a similar size, with a clear focus on quality and person-centred care. Your ability to mentor and coach frontline leaders has contributed to strong service performance, delivering consistent quality outcomes and effective care governance.
You are confident navigating complex and competing priorities, effectively leveraging available resources to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Role requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent qualification) – essential
Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements - essential
Minimum 3–5 years’ leadership or management experience within an aged care setting
Demonstrated experience coordinating care delivery across a large team
Strong ability to manage conflict, pressure, and competing priorities
Proven capability to provide leadership, support, and mentorship to team members
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain
Confidence to meet all relevant probity and compliance requirements
