Residential Service Electrician | Base + Commission | $125K–$200K

Position: Residential Service Electrician

Step into a full-time W-2 role where your experience and your personality work together.You'llrun pre-set appointments with homeowners, diagnose electrical needs, present solutions, and close jobs.

Our top contributors are clearing $150K+ per year.

Pay: $125K–$200K per year

Base: $25–$30/hrw/ 8–12% commission

Average first-year earnings: $100K+

Your Day:

• CSR qualifies and books your appointments so no cold calling or no door knocking.

• Dispatch confirms and sends youout,we have a 100% demo rate.

• Close the job, build the work order, & done.

• Warehouse handles materials,installteam supports the sold work.

• Fully digital tech experience includingin houseapps foradditionalsupport.

• Take-home fully stocked company vehicle provided

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years electrical experience, at least 1 year residential

• Comfortable running service calls independently

• Customer focused! You understand that rapport & trust closes jobs

• Valid driver's license, insurable, able to pass background check and drug screen.

• Able to commute to our Annapolis office daily. Take-homevehicleprovided after training.
