As a Residential Service Coordinator, you will provide case management supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder, living in a supported residential setting. We work with individuals between 18 years of age to end of life with a wide range of interests, abilities, and supports, as well as provide wraparound supports.
As a Residential Service Coordinator, you will also be responsible for providing resources and support to promote a healthy lifestyle and community among residents, provide support with maintaining the health and safety of those we serve, as well as ensuring community engagement to promote well-being with the collaboration of the individuals entire team.
The ideal candidate enjoys connecting with others, has excellent communication and time management skills, is organized, is a team player, reserves judgement, has knowledge of residential care settings and cares about helping others.
Requirements: Bachelors' degree preferred. We are willing to consider someone with an equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience. A personal reliable car is necessary for transportation.
