What You'll Do
As a Residential Service Associate, you'll provide compassionate, person-centered support to adults with disabilities living in residential homes. Every day is an opportunity to help someone gain confidence, build independence, and enjoy a higher quality of life.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care, hygiene, dressing, and grooming
- Helping prepare meals and encouraging healthy living
- Supporting medication administration according to agency policies
- Assisting with housekeeping and maintaining a safe, comfortable home
- Transporting individuals to work, appointments, shopping, and community activities
- Encouraging independence, choice, and personal growth
- Building meaningful, trusting relationships with the individuals you support
- Supporting recreational activities, hobbies, and community involvement
- Completing daily documentation and progress notes
- Following all health, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
- Working collaboratively with coworkers, families, and healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Ability to assist individuals with mobility and daily living activities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and reliable
Preferred Experience
Experience is helpful but not required. We welcome applicants with backgrounds in:
