About the Opportunity
Our client, a well-respected luxury residential builder, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of high-end custom homes in the West Palm Beach area. This is an opportunity to work on architecturally significant residences with discerning clients, where craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail are paramount.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring exceptional quality, adherence to timelines, and a seamless client experience. This role requires a strong eye for high-end finishes, the ability to manage complex builds, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of luxury custom home construction from planning through closeout
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and homeowners to execute vision and expectations
• Conduct regular site visits and proactively address any issues to maintain progress and quality
• Review and manage subcontractor scopes, bids, and performance
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company practices

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing high-end custom residential projects
• Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and construction methods
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and complex project timelines
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the South Florida market preferred
