• This is a longstanding family-owned building materials supplier servicing contractors and homeowners in MN

• Flexible compensation, $50K-$80K base + uncapped commission

What the Position is About:

• Achieve or exceed sales goals by consulting with contractors and customers on their building plans and projects
• Prepare material lists for each drawing as a work in progress and determine construction required to support plan design
• Prepare estimates of material square foot costs
• Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
• Commit to continuous learning and knowledge of the company’s products and services and maintain up to date on industry trends
• This is both an in-office and in-field position

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Sales experience within the home improvement and building materials industry
• 2-3 years of estimating experience is preferred
• Lumber and building materials experience is required
