Residential Roofing Sales Representative

Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
$100K+ Income Potential for Proven Producers

A well-established and growing roofing contractor is looking for an experienced Residential Roofing Sales Representative to join its San Antonio team.

This opportunity is for someone who knows how to create their own business You won't be sitting around waiting for company-generated leads. We're looking for a proven salesperson who knows the San Antonio market, can prospect consistently, build relationships, generate opportunities, and close residential roofing projects.

The compensation structure can be tailored around the right candidate and their experience. That could mean a higher base with a lower commission structure or a lower base with stronger commission upside, along with performance bonuses.

For someone who can consistently generate and close their own opportunities, there is strong $100K+ earning potential

What You'll Do

• Generate your own residential roofing leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, canvassing, and relationship building.

• Meet with homeowners, inspect roofing needs, and provide appropriate solutions.

• Develop a consistent pipeline rather than relying solely on inbound leads.

• Build relationships and generate referral and repeat business.

• Prepare and present roofing proposals and estimates.

• Follow opportunities from initial conversation through signed contract.

• Work closely with the operations and production teams to provide a strong customer experience.

• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.

• Represent the company professionally throughout the San Antonio market.

What We're Looking For

• Proven residential roofing sales experience strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated success generating your own leads and opportunities

• A track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

• Comfortable prospecting and creating business rather than waiting for leads.

• Strong closing and relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of the San Antonio residential market is an advantage.

• Experience with insurance restoration and/or retail roofing sales is valuable.

• Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and accountable.

• Valid driver's license and ability to work throughout the San Antonio market.

Compensation

We're open to structuring compensation around the experience and production history of the right salesperson.

Options may include:

• Higher base salary + lower commission + bonus

• Lower base salary + higher commission + bonus

• $100K+ total earning potential for successful producers
