Residential Roofing Sales Consultant

Base + Commission | Total Comp $75K-$112K+ in year one

Support from day one Training is not an afterthought, rather it's critical to your success. Here, you'll be supported with what you need to succeed, including:

• Proven talk tracks and sales training with a clear, repeatable process
• Warm leads mixed with neighborhood outreach
• Field-based owners working right beside you (sales is a team sport!)
• Ongoing coaching, feedback, and support
• Technology, including CRM and mobile tools

What you'll be doing
This is a field-based, active role where you’ll spend your days meeting people, solving problems, and building relationships. You will:

• Meet homeowners in your territory and start real, professional conversations
• Inspect roofs and properties safely and professionally (we train you)
• Explain findings clearly and honestly
• Work with insurance adjusters when appropriate
• Earn signed work authorizations through trust, not pressure
• Follow up consistently and professionally with homeowners
• Build a personal referral network over time
• Use simple CRM tools to stay organized and effective

You’ll work independently, but never without support.
